Pakasai Resort - Sha Extra Plus, Ao Nang

I had a nice time at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful garden landscapes and a lovely breakfast by the pond. However, the strong cooking smell from the restaurant and the issues with the room service cleanliness were definitely down points. The service at the spa was disappointing as well, overshadowing an otherwise pleasant stay.

Pakasai Resort is a beautiful oasis in the busy Ao Nang, surrounded by lush greenery and with a massive pool area perfect for relaxation. The breakfast experience is excellent, especially with the calming views of nature. However, the rooms could use some updates, particularly the lighting, and the service, specifically at the spa, was not up to the expected standard with some disappointing experiences.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, tucked away in a lush green environment that felt like a mini jungle. The staff went above and beyond, even offering us breakfast to take away for our early departure. The spacious rooms had comfy pillows and a nice balcony, although the bed was a bit hard for my taste. The only downside was that the breakfast layout was a little chaotic, but dining by the pond made it enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!
